The waters can get turbulent for those living with Alzheimer's Disease. For families that are lost or confused about how to care for their loved one and themselves, I provide support in navigating the waters of this difficult journey.

 

With over 10 years of personal and professional experience working with
seniors with dementia, I am passionate about making a difference in
the lives of people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of
dementia. 

 

I offer counseling for the client and family, initial and
ongoing assessments, help coordinate community resources, in home
support and placements, support with end-of-life process, Alzheimer's
education and communication techniques.
